Through every conversation we spark, we hope to make talking about mental health feel natural, open, and free. Our open meetings are a space for those who wish to share their thoughts and actions, weaving their voices into the dialogue.
For those carrying the weight of uncertainty about mental health in Japan, unsure where to begin but yearning for change, and for those swept up in the rhythm of daily life yet still drawn to the conversation, here, perspectives intertwine, and every voice matters—a space where we meet as equals, and where curiosity, reflection, and understanding have the chance to take root and blossom.

Born in Mie in 1997. Moved to the US at age 18 to study fashion media at a university in New York. Discovered poetry in a creative writing class while in school and learned that emotions and philosophies could be expressed as art.
